Cookd is a new-age consumer brand building masalas differently in a category dominated by legacy players. We build outcome-driven cooking solutions that help people cook great meals at home. We are scaling across Retail, Quick Commerce, and D2C, and marketing is a core growth lever for us.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who owns the marketing funnel end-to-end. This role is about building and running campaigns that drive measurable growth, not just output. You will be responsible for turning marketing into a repeatable, disciplined growth engine.
What you will be responsible for
- You will own the marketing funnel across awareness, consideration, conversion, and repeat.
- You will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to post-campaign learning.
- You will oversee performance marketing with clear CAC and ROAS guardrails and make spend reallocation decisions.
- You will manage agencies and partners and hold them accountable for quality execution and outcomes.
- You will build a regular reporting and learning cadence to improve performance over time.
- You will work closely with Sales, D2C, and Category teams to ensure marketing translates into real demand.
What we expect from you
- You have 5+ years of marketing experience with clear ownership of growth outcomes.
- You are comfortable working with numbers, funnels, and performance metrics.
- You can lead campaigns independently without daily instructions.
- You operate with high ownership and accountability.

- You prefer brand-only roles with no accountability to outcomes.
- You are uncomfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-mortems.
- You need constant direction to move work forward.
