Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

· Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies

· Work closely with the Business Head to define target segments, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

· Design domain- and account-specific marketing strategies and drive the creation of relevant sales and campaign collaterals.

· Define, improve, and implement brand guidelines aligned with company's branding strategy.

Brand Strategy & Collateral Development

· Develop and continuously enhance the organization's branding strategy aligned with company's vision, covering industry verticals, sub-domains, and technology streams.

· Own the creation of marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales decks.

· Oversee the development of high-quality marketing assets, including videos and visual content.

Digital, Social & Web Presence

· Oversee and ensure regular updates to the company website and social media channels with impactful, relevant content.

· Ensure digital content aligns with brand positioning, service offerings, and business priorities.

Event & Tradeshow Management

· Planning and execution of participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

· Coordinate end-to-end activities including event planning, booth design, logistics, and promotional materials to ensure a high-impact brand presence.

Digital Marketing Management

· Manage and coordinate with creative, branding, and digital marketing agencies for campaign execution.

· Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to allocated marketing budgets

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.) in Engineering or Science with an MBA in Marketing (mandatory).

· 9–15 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in IT services, software services, or product engineering organizations.

· Strong experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, content development, and event/trade show management.

· Strong team management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

· Hands-on familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. (preferred).

· Experience working with international markets and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
