About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to drive revenue-focused, full-funnel marketing programs. This role will own Demand Generation, ABM, GTM strategy, and Marketing Automation, delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing leadership role, ideal for professionals with strong agency and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies (ABM, Inbound, Demand Generation)
  • Drive GTM strategy and execution for B2B clients
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across Content, Email, SEO, Paid Media, and Social
  • Work closely with Sales teams on enablement, alignment, and pipeline acceleration
  • Implement AI-driven automation, personalization, and performance analytics
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce workflows
  • Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and CRO initiatives
  • Build dashboards, analyze attribution models, and present revenue-impact case studies
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
  • Act as a client-facing marketing leader, owning communication, strategy discussions, and performance reviews

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven revenue and pipeline impact
  • Strong team handling experience managing, mentoring, and scaling marketing teams.
  • Mandatory experience in client-facing roles, involving stakeholder communication and strategy presentations.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred, especially in handling multiple B2B clients and campaigns
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, intent data platforms, and automation
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
