About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to drive revenue-focused, full-funnel marketing programs. This role will own Demand Generation, ABM, GTM strategy, and Marketing Automation, delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing leadership role, ideal for professionals with strong agency and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies (ABM, Inbound, Demand Generation)
- Drive GTM strategy and execution for B2B clients
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across Content, Email, SEO, Paid Media, and Social
- Work closely with Sales teams on enablement, alignment, and pipeline acceleration
- Implement AI-driven automation, personalization, and performance analytics
- Manage and optimize HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce workflows
- Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and CRO initiatives
- Build dashboards, analyze attribution models, and present revenue-impact case studies
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Act as a client-facing marketing leader, owning communication, strategy discussions, and performance reviews

- Agency experience is highly preferred, especially in handling multiple B2B clients and campaigns
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, intent data platforms, and automation
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
