Role Overview
The Senior Content Marketing Manager will own AiSensy's content function end to end. This person should have experience leading teams of video editors, social media executives, writers, producers, or creative resources, and should have previously built content systems that drove meaningful traffic, strong audience growth, and business impact.
This is not a role for someone who only understands content writing or social posting. This role is for someone who can drive strategy, hire strong people, manage content operations, improve output quality, increase content velocity, and deliver measurable channel growth.
The ideal candidate should know how to convert founder time, podcasts, customer conversations, product updates, events, and market insights into a consistent and scalable content engine.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the team consistently delivers reels, shorts, videos, graphics, posts, clips, and other content assets on time
- Improve content velocity through clear processes, better planning, templates, SOPs, and review systems
Audience Growth and Performance

- Drive meaningful growth in followers, reach, views, engagement, watch time, traffic, and overall content performance across channels
- Understand how to package and distribute content effectively across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and founder-led channels
- Review analytics regularly and improve future output based on performance data

- Ensure strong consistency and discipline in publishing across all major channels
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to identify and convert content opportunities into high-quality output
