Role Description: The Senior Marketing Executive (School Outreach) will lead and execute outreach initiatives with schools to promote PRATHAM Test Prep's programs and brand presence. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves planning and conducting seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions in schools, as well as building and maintaining relationships with school authorities, teachers, and counselors. The position includes developing and implementing school-focused marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal academic and sales teams, and tracking outreach performance against targets. The executive will also gather feedback from partner schools, support student engagement activities, and ensure consistent representation of PRATHAM's value proposition in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills for designing and executing school outreach campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to identify target schools, understand student preferences, and evaluate outreach effectiveness.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building with school stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales and Marketing skills to convert leads from school activities into enrollments and meet business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in education marketing, school outreach, or institutional sales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, travel to schools as required, and manage multiple events and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, data-driven mindset, and proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
