Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include generating new leads, identifying potential clients, and converting inquiries into memberships. The role entails promoting the fitness center's offerings, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with members. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, attract new clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
