As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth across both B2C and B2B audiences. You'll be responsible for crafting creative campaigns and managing our digital presence. This role goes beyond traditional social media, your efforts will directly contribute to growing our user base, boosting engagement, and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital content across blogs, YouTube, WhatsApp, and email to communicate product features, updates, and tutorials.
- Ideate and execute social media campaigns by collaborating with the design and video teams for creatives, content, and timely execution.
- Plan and manage influencer and nano-creator collaborations to promote Kwikpic through authentic, relatable content.
- Write SEO-optimized blogs and collaborate on PR articles that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and online reach.
- Optimize Kwikpic's content and brand presence for both Google SEO and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve discoverability and brand ranking.
- Manage the Kwikpic Helpdesk, creating FAQs and product support articles to improve user experience and reduce support load.
- Drive review and testimonial initiatives (G2, app stores) to build social proof and brand trust.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across channels, using insights to optimize engagement, installs, and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or mobile app-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads, influencer marketing, and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication, networking, and socializing skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies based on data and trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc
