About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead growth-focused marketing for a well-established eye care hospital with a 50-member team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine brand thinking, performance marketing, local outreach, and patient acquisition strategy to drive measurable business outcomes while protecting trust in a healthcare environment.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Reporting To

Founder / Management Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars aligned with growth goals, consultation targets, and key service lines such as cataract, retina, LASIK, and comprehensive eye care.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels to improve lead quality, appointment bookings, and return on ad spend.
  • Work closely with counselling, operations, and doctors to translate patient insights into effective campaigns, offers, seasonal pushes, and service communication.
  • Build local brand visibility through referral programs, community activations, doctor-connect efforts, corporate tie-ups, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, conversion funnels, acquisition costs, and monthly growth metrics, then present clear action plans to management.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Strengthen the hospital's brand positioning by ensuring all communication reflects clinical credibility, trust, empathy, and premium patient experience.
  • Support the leadership team with competitor tracking, market research, and new growth opportunities across nearby catchment areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, wellness, or another trust-led service business.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of performance marketing, campaign planning, lead funnels, CRM follow-up logic, and offline-to-online growth coordination.
  • Ability to work with numbers, understand growth-focused marketing goals, and optimize budgets based on business performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where execution speed, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration matter.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience marketing for ophthalmology, dental, cosmetic, fertility, or other high-consideration healthcare specialties.
  • Exposure to content strategy, patient testimonials, video-led campaigns, and local SEO for healthcare brands.
  • Prior experience managing agencies or in-house teams and driving monthly review cadences with leadership.
