Senior/Marketing Executive (Automation)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing activities to maximise business impact and lead generation.
Monitor and evaluate campaign results based on key performance indicators.
Analyse results and identify areas for improvement to enhance future marketing activities.

Conduct research on new and existing market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Identify industries with growth potential, such as research institutions, robotics, biomedical and electric vehicle sectors.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
Manage and improve the customer database to support business development activities.
Identify opportunities to expand the customer base.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and site visits to understand their needs.
Provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and available information.
Follow up with customers and ensure their enquiries are properly addressed.

Support the sales team with reports, data analysis and market information.
Analyse sales data to identify potential business opportunities.
Assist with sales administrative work and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirement:

At least Degree in Marketing, Business and Engineering
Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant Marketing experience
