Job Description: Senior Marketing & Communications Executive / Assistant Manager
About the role
The Senior Marketing & Communications Executive/ Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Working closely with the APAC Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will oversee regional campaigns, media relations, events, digital communications, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
This full-time position requires a strategic yet hands-on approach to omnichannel luxury brand marketing across multiple touchpoints, including digital communications, retail activations, public relations, CRM, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Operations
- Drive the planning and execution of regional go-to-market (GTM) campaigns across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
- Manage and maintain the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local market nuances.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials, digital assets, and campaign deliverables among internal stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign presentations, briefing documents, and internal strategy reports.
Reporting & Analytics
- Lead the monthly reporting cycle for all marketing and communications activities across the region.
- Maintain meticulous records of campaign performance, media coverage, and digital metrics.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, compiling performance data to produce actionable summary reports and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
Administrative Management
- Manage the tracking of regional marketing budgets, ensuring accurate processing of purchase orders and vendor invoices.
- Oversee internal approvals, documentation, and compliance processes related to marketing initiatives.
- Support the APAC Manager in the preparation of high-level management reports and strategic presentations.
Public Relations & Media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional media, publishers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen Grand Seiko's brand presence across Asia Pacific.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular press coverage reports and communication updates for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the regional media and KOL database, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate media and KOL engagements, including product loans, content collaborations, press briefings, and interview opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of media events, product launches, and press activations across the region.
- Prepare briefing materials, press kits, presentations, and supporting documents for media engagements, product launches, and executive interviews.
Events & Retail Activations
- Execute the planning and on-ground logistics for marketing events, boutique activations, and major product launches.
- Manage comprehensive event logistics, including RSVP tracking, guest list curation, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of event materials, invitations, and premium marketing collateral.
Social Media & Digital Channels Management
- Manage the coordination and publishing of digital content across Grand Seiko's social media platforms and website.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance, including social media engagement and digital advertising metrics.
- Drive CRM initiatives, specifically focusing on GS9 Club engagement activities and customer database management to foster brand loyalty.
- Prepare detailed digital campaign reports and analytics summaries to inform ongoing digital strategy.
The candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within the luxury, lifestyle, or premium FMCG sector.
- Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives and clear briefing documents.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and analytical abilities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with digital marketing/reporting tools.
- Proactive, responsible, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
- A collaborative team player who can work independently while effectively managing relationships with diverse regional stakeholders.
