Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager / Senior Manager Market Research to lead market intelligence initiatives across all our business units. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive market research projects across domestic and international markets
- Analyse industry trends, customer operational and expansion plans, and competitor strategies to inform business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and regulatory developments impacting the steel product & renewable energy segment
- Build and maintain databases of market intelligence and research reports
Requirements:
- MBA from a top-tier management institute.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in market research, preferably within the steel/steel product and renewable energy segment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualisation tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic mindset with a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth
