About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Test Analyst with strong expertise in Manual Testing, particularly within Manufacturing or Supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, a strong understanding of SDLC & STLC, and the ability to lead testing efforts while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ERP or Manufacturing applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with development and product teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Validate endtoend business workflows across Supply chain or manufacturing modules.
- Review and mentor junior testers, ensuring test coverage, quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
- Provide testing estimates, risk analysis, and quality signoff for releases.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing or Supply chain systems.
- Proven experience in creating detailed test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
- Handson experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Good to Have
- Exposure to API testing fundamentals.
- Understanding of test automation concepts (handson experience is a plus).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to independently drive testing activities and mentor team members.
