Job Summary
- Responsible for smooth Technical Transfer (TT) of customer products & processes to Plant & In-house Product & processes to CMO site/s intended for regulatory submission and/ or for domestic market.
- Responsible for execution optimization trials, batch manufacture towards successful execution of TT projects.
- Issuing all PM documents to plant on time for execution of commercial batches.
- Identifying Cost reduction projects and executing related to packaging.
- Site Technical Support for all R&D batches & Trials batches packaging related activities.
Key Skillset
- Overall responsibility of product to be transferred to Sentiss plant and activities related to commercial packaging development.
- Ensuring 100% Quality compliance.
- Team skills development.
- Timely completion of activities as per the committed timelines to Project management/SCM.
- Identifying the process, which can be simplified through ERP.
Experience and Qualification
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience into Technology Transfer (MS &T)
- Qualification - M Pharm
