Job Summary:
The Senior Manager will lead and manage Urban Infrastructure projects, particularly in Water Supply, Wastewater, and Storm Water Drainage systems, including pipelines and treatment technologies. The role involves project management, DPR preparation, supervision, team leadership, and business development for state, Government of India, and multilateral funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & DPR Preparation
- Prepare Concept Reports, Feasibility Reports, and Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
- Design water, wastewater, and stormwater systems using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and StormCAD.
- Prepare drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Project Management & Supervision
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Supervise project execution, site activities, and engineering teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Review and vet reports, drawings, estimates, BOQs, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with survey teams, engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of urban water infrastructure and civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
