Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – US Accounting, based in Noida. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations for US clients, manage financial reporting and analysis, and ensure compliance with US GAAP. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing payroll processing, supervising tax preparation and filings, designing customized financial dashboards, and addressing client queries. Additional duties encompass maintaining up-to-date financial records, handling vendor payments, and driving improvements with a focus on leveraging technology for efficient accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience with payroll processing, tax preparation
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and NetSuite
• Team leadership and supervisory skills to manage and train accounting staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for financial analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented with a high emphasis on accuracy and security
• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the US market
• Client handling and onboarding of new clients
