Position: Senior Manager - Treasury Operations

Reports to: Group CFO
IILM is looking for a Senior Manager to lead treasury management for the University
What you'll own:
- Cash & liquidity management
- Investment portfolio oversight — fixed deposits, bonds, and other approved instruments, with a focus on capital preservation and compliance (including Section 11(5) requirements for charitable trusts)
- Banking relationships and sweep/FD structuring
- MIS and reporting — treasury dashboards, monthly reviews
What we're looking for:
- 8–12+ years in treasury/corporate finance, ideally with exposure to trusts, education, or multi-entity group structures
- Strong grip on RBI/SEBI guidelines relevant to treasury operations and charitable trust investment norms
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable working directly with CFOs and group leadership
- CA minimum qualification with MBA (Finance) preferred
