Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven sales professional to join our FCT Sales team at Times Network. The role requires driving revenue growth by selling air-time for one of our flagship channels, building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive FCT+NFCT sales across assigned markets and meet revenue targets for the channel portfolio.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of advertisers, including direct clients and agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities by mapping sectors, emerging categories, and competitive spends.
  • Create and present impactful sales pitches aligned with client objectives.
  • Work closely with the planning, traffic and operations teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Track and analyze competitor offerings, pricing and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts and client trackers.
  • Strengthen relationships with media agencies, brand teams and key decision makers.
Key Requirements
  • 5+years of experience in media sales (TV/Radio/Digital).
  • Strong understanding of TV ad sales ecosystem, agency structures, CPRP, reach/frequency and media metrics.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in an IC role.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
  • High level of ownership, resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
