Sr. Manager – Tender Sales

Location: HO – Bandra, Mumbai

Reporting To: CMD

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry: Power / Energy / Transformer Oils / Industrial Oils / Electrical / Railways / Coal / EPC

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Tender Sales to independently manage Government, PSU, GeM, SEB, Railways and EPC tenders from registration and bid submission through order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete tender lifecycle including tender identification, vendor registration, PQ, BOQ, technical/commercial bids and price submission.
Handle GeM, SEB, PSU, Railways and EPC tendering, including Reverse Auctions.
Coordinate EMD, BG/PBG, tender documentation, inspections, dispatch and post-tender compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with PSUs, Government organizations, Electricity Boards, Railways and EPCs.
Generate enquiries and purchase orders from institutional and large buyers.
Coordinate with Sales, Factory, Finance, Logistics, Legal and vendors for smooth tender submission and execution.
Handle pre-bid meetings, client queries, negotiations and post-award follow-ups.
Maintain tender MIS, win/loss analysis and provide inputs to management.

Key Skills

Ideal Candidate:

8–12 years of hands-on Government/PSU Tender Sales experience, preferably in Transformer Oils, Lubricants, Power/Electrical Equipment or related industries. Engineering background preferred. Strong documentation, communication, negotiation and coordination skills with willingness to travel.
