We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead Workstation Operations and Endpoint Management across multiple sites. This role is accountable for end-user computing (EUC) excellence, endpoint security and compliance, and device lifecycle management using Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows OS. The role requires strong site leadership, cross-site team management, financial ownership, and the ability to influence senior leadership while delivering operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Workstation Operations & Endpoint Management

  • Lead enterprise workstation and endpoint operations using Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows OS.
  • Own endpoint lifecycle management including deployment, patching, software distribution, asset management, refresh, and retirement.
  • Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Drive ITSM-aligned service delivery with measurable SLAs and user experience outcomes.

Site Leadership & Cross-Site Team Management

  • Act as site IT leader for workstation operations.
  • Lead and mentor multi-site teams of up to 30 associates across multiple delivery groups.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop talent, succession plans, and future-ready skill sets.

Program & Project Ownership

  • Own large-scale programs such as OS upgrades, Intune rollouts, endpoint security initiatives, and device refresh programs.
  • Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and governance.

Financial Management

  • Own and manage an operational budget exceeding $5M.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and financial governance.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement for budget planning and controls.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and present proposals, operating plans, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Translate technical outcomes into business value.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage strategic vendors and service providers.
  • Establish performance governance, KPIs, and commercial accountability.
  • Ensure vendor alignment with organizational strategy and standards.

Strategic Growth & GCC Experience

  • Contribute to the setup, scaling, or evolution of delivery hubs or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Build scalable operating models to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows OS.
  • Proven experience leading multi-site teams and large programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of $5M+ operational budgets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint security tools, and modern device management.
  • Experience in GCC or hub setup and organizational scaling.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, PMP) or advanced degrees.
