We are seeking a result-driven and technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to lead our business in the textile printing chemicals segment. This role involves a combination of strategic sales management, customer relationship building, and technical support, aimed at driving growth and expanding market share for Pon Pure's textile printing product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and technical sales for textile printing chemicals including disperse, reactive, pigment auxiliaries, binders, and thickeners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with textile mills, printers, job workers, and export houses.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and application teams to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Conduct lab trials, bulk production support, and technical problem-solving at customer sites.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Achieve sales and margin targets through strategic account management and solution-based selling.
- Prepare and present monthly business reviews, forecasts, and project pipelines.
- Represent Pon Pure Chemicals in trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior technical sales executives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Dip. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 7+ years in technical sales or technical service for textile printing chemicals.
- Deep understanding of printing technologies (rotary or Chest) and application chemistry.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver technical value to customers.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network within the textile hubs of India (Tirupur, Surat, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, etc.).
- Handle trails and product promotion.
- Good communication skill.
