We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our GenAI initiatives within the Industrial Automation & Energy domain. The role involves driving Agile practices, managing project delivery, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Our client is a global leader in the Industrial Automation and Electrical Equipment industry, driving digital transformation through advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions. This role is part of a Generative AI (GenAI) initiative aimed at optimizing business processes, enhancing decision-making, and building scalable AI solutions across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
.Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for GenAI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
.Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
.Track and report project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the teams.
.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT/AI projects.
.Hands-on experience managing AI/ML or GenAI projects.
.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
.Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architecture concepts.
.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
.Good years of relevant experience in technical project management roles.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
.Exposure to data engineering, data analytics, or AI/ML pipelines.
.Experience in Industrial Automation, Energy, or Manufacturing domains.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
