Come up with offerings and solutions on Intelligent Automation especially in in CIO side of the business focusing on operational efficiency, process optimization, and infrastructure/security automation
Lead the GTM and partnership in this area and work with respective practices to drive and rollout automation initiatives across the organization
Build capability and capacity to deliver the solutions to customers
Lead thought leadership activities and come up with Show & Tells which can be leveraged for GTM
Lead the presales activities in the space and work with teams to ensure that automation is enabling to bring down overall operational costs over time
Architect/Solution/Design and implementation rollout of automated solutions
Understand the challenges of operational users and innovate to create virtual workforce and improve the operational efficiency
Map current and future state processes, supporting implementation of automated solutions to drive customer benefits, within agreed budgets and timescales
Design and create well-documented, supportable and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients
Get involved with data identification, extraction, manipulation, design, visualization and process evaluation to provide key operational benefits
Required qualifications
12+ years of IT experience with minimum 8 years of experience in rolling out automation solutions and 3 years in leadership positions
Programming background and readiness to train on Intelligent Automation Tools
Experience in Automation Platforms like Service Now/Power Platform/UI Path/Automation Anywhere
Custom development skills (Python, Power Shell)
Good Communication skills, Written and Verbal
Ability to talk to client, work with internal & external stakeholders to drive the business growth
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) services
Experience in Business Process Management and Process Mining with PEGA/Appian/Camunda/Celonis
Experience in Intelligent Automation technologies (OCR, NLP, ML)
Infrastructure as Code Tools (Terraform, Ansible).
