Key Responsibilities:
Partner Marketing Strategy and GTM Execution
- Own and drive marketing strategy and execution for Tech OEM partnerships, aligned to business growth priorities.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans, campaigns and initiatives with partners to accelerate solution adoption and pipeline growth.
- Ensure GTM readiness across messaging, assets, campaigns and field enablement.
Ecosystem and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Tech OEM partners, alliance teams, business leaders and sales stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes
- Build and manage strong executive-level partner relationships to drive co-marketing opportunities and investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, field marketing, analyst relations and corporate communications
Content and Campaign Development
- Lead the development of high-quality, compelling content across channels like blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, videos and more.
- Translate complex technology offerings into clear, differentiated messaging and narrative
- Ensure seamless integration of content and design, creating visually engaging and impactful marketing asset.
Integrated Marketing
- Drive integrated campaigns spanning internal enablement and external market activity
- Support events, partner activations, roundtables and industry engagements to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Manage marketing funds (MDF) and ensure optimal utilization aligned to business outcomes.
Performance and Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI and pipeline.
- Leverage insights to optimize campaigns, messaging and GTM strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve partner marketing effectiveness and investment decision
Market and Ecosystem Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends across Cloud, Data, AI and emerging technologies.
- Monitor competitive landscape and partner ecosystem dynamics to refine positioning and strategy.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage a small, high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, creativity and results orientation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem marketing within IT services, cloud, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems, including Tech OEM and hyperscale partnerships.
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with partners/alliances and managing co-marketing initiatives and budgets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
