- Prepare tools and equipment as per the production plan.
- Ensure line readiness and availability of trained manpower and raw materials.

New Product Development
- Drive station-level readiness as per Technical Services 120-point checklist.
- Provide inputs and action reports for new product testing and improvements.
- Measures: Station readiness 95%
Process Quality Improvement
- Execute action plans based on feedback from internal/external customers.
- Address daily line quality issues proactively.
- Measures: DRL, PDI score, PQI score, Product & Process Audit Score, TCF DPV
Productivity Improvement
- Eliminate NVA and ENVA through line balancing, Kaizen initiatives, and FPBP.
- Execute kitting solutions for optimized material movement.
- Measures: % Down Time improvement (YOY), HPeV
Manpower Management
- Train operators on line-specific skills, soft skills, and MES/IT systems.
- Lead SDT initiatives and ensure training compliance in coordination with HR.
- Measures: Manpower requirement fulfillment, Training compliance
Shop Health Management
- Provide TPM training and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to reduce cost and improve shop health.
- Measures: % Improvement in rejection, warranty, IDM, tool costs YOY
Safety Management
- Implement safety standards and ensure correct PPE usage.
- Minimize safety incidents and conduct safety audits.
- Measures: TRCFR, Safety audit scores
Cost Management
- Support annual shop production budget preparation.
- Execute initiatives for cost reduction and waste management.
- Measures: Annual maintenance budget, Cost per car
