Sr. Manager Delivery and Support:
The Delivery & Support Manager will be responsible for Customer Experience
Will support and manage existing customers
Will work with presales and sales team to enhance and strengthen customer engagement by way of new products/services/new requirements
Will be responsible for retention of customers and enhancing journey with VIVA
Will work closely with presales manager and deploy the solution as per agreement and PO
Will successfully complete the delivery, onboard the customer smoothly and start billing
Will work closely with the CRM member
Will work closely with the billing department for zero error billing and to sort out billing disputes
Will manage a team of minimum 10 Support Engineers on multiple shifts
Experience Required:
Experience in deployment and support of large/multi-location voice communication projects / customers
Experience in Experience in Telco Grade Soft-Switch, Enterprise PBX (CISCO, AVAYA kind of) , SIP Trunk
Experience in MS Teams , Google Workspace, Zoom telephony integrations/ Federation
Experience in Cloud Telephony platform
Experience in deployment of Enterprise Contact Center applications in large scale
Experience in Unified Communications delivery and support
Experience in delivery and support of Contact Center systems
Good in Hindi and English communication, presentation
Experience in managing teams
Value Additions but not mandatory:
Experience in global interconnects/ carriers management
Experience in Networking, WAN, SDWAN
Experience in telecom billing
Experience in designing and architecting enterprise communication
