. Acts as the recruiting expert by delivering market intelligence and insights specifically related to blue-collar staffing trends to clients and candidates
. Leads and mentors a team of senior talent sourcers, providing guidance and support in achieving their individual and team targets
. Develops and implements effective high-volume sourcing strategies tailored to attract temporary workers within specialized fields, focusing on blue collar profiles
