The Senior Manager Talent Management will lead the design, development, and implementation of talent strategies that drive organizational performance and employee growth. This role will focus on end-to-end talent management initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and learning strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and create actionable plans to address them.
- Lead organizational capability assessments and propose interventions for improvement.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
- Enhance performance frameworks, competency models, and evaluation tools.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effective performance conversations.
Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Identify high-potential employees and build development roadmaps.
- Facilitate coaching, workshops, and capability-building sessions.
Succession Planning
- Drive robust succession planning processes across business units.
- Create and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Evaluate readiness and development needs for key successors.
Learning & Development
- Develop annual training calendars aligned to organizational priorities.
- Lead training needs analysis (TNA), vendor management, and program evaluation.
- Introduce innovative learning solutions, digital platforms, and blended learning approaches.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to enhance workplace culture and career development.
- Implement retention strategies for top talent.
Talent Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key talent metrics, trends, and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and measure program effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of strong experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing talent frameworks and leadership programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership across regions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
