Key Responsibilities:

• HR Transformation: Lead and drive initiatives to improve HR processes, systems, and overall organizational effectiveness
• Talent Management: Design and implement frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Organizational Development (OD): Anchor OD interventions to support business growth and change management
