Role Overview Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored hiring plans.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction and retention.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all hiring activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
