At Randstad Enterprise, we are redefining how organizations build and manage talent. We're now looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring initiatives across Technology & BPO domains.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office 5 days)

Shift: General Shift

Experience: 15+ years (with 5+ years in leadership roles)

What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end recruitment for both permanent & contingent workforce

Driving high-volume hiring strategies across multiple domains

Building and mentoring high-performing TA teams

Designing innovative sourcing strategies (online & offline)

Managing stakeholder & client relationships at senior levels

Driving KPIs, analytics & continuous improvement initiatives

Contributing to succession planning & talent pipeline strategy

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in Technology + BPO hiring

Proven track record in team leadership & stakeholder management

Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments

Strong consulting mindset & commercial acumen

Passion for driving results and building teams
