- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and energize a talent acquisition (TA) team to consistently hit ambitious hiring goals.
- Own the Outcome: Deliver results with speed, accuracy, and accountability for large-scale hiring.
- Strategize at Scale: Build and run a bulk hiring engine that is efficient, fast, and quality-focused.
- Be Data-Smart: Use analytics to track performance, forecast needs, and drive quick, evidence-backed decisions.
- Partner with Leaders: Manage senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and align hiring processes with business priorities.
- Solve, Don't Stall: Anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and provide practical solutions for hiring issues.
- Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Operations, HRBPs, Training, and Business Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and talent integration.
- Travel with Purpose: Visit locations across India to strengthen hiring pipelines and build strong partnerships with regional teams.

- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage high-pressure situations.
