Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (India)

Location: Mumbai / Pune, Maharashtra (Hinjewadi Phase III)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite)

.Position Overvie

wWe are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment operations across India. This role will be responsible for driving leadership hiring, campus hiring, technology hiring, and recruitment team management while partnering closely with business leaders to support aggressive growth plans

.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building high-performing recruitment teams, managing executive hiring mandates, leading large-scale campus programs, and delivering hiring outcomes in fast-paced technology, digital engineering, consulting, or IT services environments

.Key Responsibilitie

sTalent Acquisition Leadershi

  • pLead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across India
  • .Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment coordinators
  • .Drive workforce planning initiatives in partnership with business and delivery leaders
  • .Establish hiring governance, recruitment metrics, and operational excellence frameworks
  • .Ensure achievement of hiring targets across multiple business units and geographies

.Leadership Hirin

  • gLead recruitment for leadership and critical positions across delivery, consulting, sales, technology, product, and corporate functions
  • .Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand organizational growth plans and talent requirements
  • .Build proactive pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions
  • .Manage executive search engagements and strategic talent mapping initiatives

.Campus Hiring & Early Career

  • sDevelop and execute campus recruitment strategies across premier engineering, management, and graduate institutions
  • .Build long-term relationships with universities, placement offices, and academic partners
  • .Lead internship, fresher, and graduate hiring programs
  • .Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts

.Technology & Professional Hirin

  • gOversee hiring across Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Consulting, Product Engineering, and Corporate Functions
  • .Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • .Drive diversity hiring and talent pipeline development initiatives

.Stakeholder & Team Managemen

  • tServe as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders
  • .Lead recruiter capability development, performance management, and succession planning
  • .Manage external recruitment partners and search firms
  • .Present hiring performance, market intelligence, and talent insights to senior leadership

.Recruitment Operations & Analytic

.Required Qualification

  • sBachelor's Degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
  • .12–18+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • .Proven experience leading recruitment teams within Technology, Digital Engineering, Consulting, IT Services, or Product organizations
  • .Strong experience in both leadership hiring and campus hiring
  • .Demonstrated success managing recruiters and delivering hiring plans at scale
  • .Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • .Experience hiring across technology and business functions

.Preferred Experienc

  • eExperience supporting high-growth organizations
  • .Exposure to Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, BFSI, or Consulting talent segments
  • .Experience building scalable talent acquisition programs and recruitment processes
  • .Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-enabled recruitment tools
