Job Title: Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition / HRBP

Department: Human Resources (US Healthcare Staffing)

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (5 Days Working)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to handle a dual role of Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) within a US healthcare staffing environment. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals while partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied professionals)
  • Manage sourcing through job portals, ATS, VMS/MSP platforms
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs (TAT, submission ratios, closures)
  • Manage recruiter team performance and productivity

HRBP Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and resource management
  • Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
  • Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Address employee grievances and ensure positive work culture

General:

  • Track and report HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
  • Ensure compliance with US employment and healthcare staffing regulations
  • Drive HR process improvements and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
  • 10–12+ years of experience in US staffing (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong experience in TA and HRBP roles
  • Team handling and stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of US hiring practices and employment standards
  • Candidates should have client-facing experience
  • Experience in US healthcare staffing is preferred
  • Strong communication skills are a must
