Designation- Senior Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Talent Acquisition who will drive hiring for the Business Vertical by leading a team of recruiters while also actively contributing to closing leadership and critical roles. This role demands a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsible for End to End Recruitment

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

Sourcing candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Shortlisting the suitable candidates and scheduling interviews.

Take virtual interviews and candidate assessments, ensuring quality screening and evaluation.

Own stakeholder management by ensuring strong alignment, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving on hiring challenges.

Independently drive end-to-end recruitment for key, business-critical, and leadership roles.

Maintaining MIS, trackers, and presenting them as needed.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Requirements:

Preferably from the Interior Design & Build, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Non-IT recruitment industry.

Should have an overall experience of 10 years with team leader experience of 3-5 years.

Should have experience in volume hiring.

Experience in conducting structured virtual interviews and assessments

Experience in Hiring For: Junior Level, Mid-Level, Senior Level, Top Management

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
