Hiring Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for US Product based company.
Role Overview:
The incumbent will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for implementing recruitment strategies in the allotted business area by understanding the recruitment dynamics. Devise strategies for Talent attraction, mapping, pipelining etc. Ensures the recruitment practices are compliant with global/regional process and legal requirements while meeting business priorities and objectives. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Leader for India.
On a typical day you will:
Foster relationship with stake holders in Business, HR and Total reward teams to build effective sourcing techniques and closing approaches through a deep understanding of role description.
Ensure are achieved
Work with the Business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate compensation ranges
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
Develop business acumen and subject matter expertise to fulfil the hiring needs by designing ideal talent strategies within the sub-region.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Full time Bachelor's/master's degree in HR
12+ years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands on experience in sourcing and screening of applicants in Engineering/ Manufacturing / consumer durable / Heavy engineering industry
Proficient in the use of social media and Job boards to attract talents
Prior experience & exposure to having worked on Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo/Success factor) is preferred.
