Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process, including full-cycle recruiting, designing and executing employer branding strategies, and leading hiring initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational needs, and driving improvements in recruiting processes to attract high-caliber talent.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing practices
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Previous experience in a high-growth or complex organizational environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
