Job Role:

Sourcing & Recruitment: Source and identify suitable candidates for Banking, Sales, Operations, Credit, and IT roles through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Candidate Screening & Interviews: Review and evaluate resumes, conduct initial candidate screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with branch managers and business leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.

Offer & Onboarding Management: Manage salary discussions, coordinate offer rollouts, and support candidates throughout the offer and onboarding process.
