As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the CRO industry, you will have a significant impact in attracting and recruiting top talent, enabling us to continue delivering world-class scientific solutions that improve health outcomes.

A day in the Life:

• Lead, manage and coach high-performing teams, encouraging a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Enable your team members to become trusted advisors, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business goals.

• Determine and implement strategies to attract and hire individuals with the right work behaviors - to improve the organizational capabilities and ensure a talent pipeline that aligns with current and future business plans.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring plansacross business units, globally and within the region

• Partner with extended HR pillars to contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the organization

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to compete in a fast-paced industry

• Lead and drive the adoption of technology and tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Education

• Bachelor degree in any field.

Experience

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles 6+ years

• Preferred demonstrated success in leading TA team in sourcing and hiring top talent in the CRO industry

• Experience working in a matrix organization preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid knowledge of effective talent acquisition strategies

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and extended HR teams.
