Prerequisites for the Job Role:
• Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from an institution of repute
• More than 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Good understanding of the complete employee life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Role :
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process to select quality talent and ensure the timely recruitment of staff and workers with the required skills.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within a schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Designing and managing effective Induction & training programs at different clients locations.
• Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources, and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fit, etc.
• Additionally, build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
• Recommending new ideas and helping create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long-term growth
• Map similar and relevant companies to understand organisation structures, and accordingly align hiring needs
• Ensuring closures at all levels within the stipulated timelines and budget.
