Role Overview:

As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive end-to-end hiring across Sales, Corporate, and Leadership roles, building strong teams aligned with AgroStar's mission. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, employer branding, data-driven recruitment strategies, and seamless onboarding, while mentoring the TA team and partnering with business leaders to enable scalable growth.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage recruitment across Sales, Corporate, and Leadership roles at AgroStar building the talent engine that powers our mission of #HelpingFarmersWin.
  • You will focus on building proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals, campus hiring, and alternate sourcing channels, ensuring a steady flow of quality candidates.
  • Own and close key positions independently while guiding and developing the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Strengthen employer branding to position AgroStar as a top choice for talent in the agri-tech ecosystem showcasing our purpose, people, and the difference we make for farmers through storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
  • Leverage analytics to drive hiring efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and other COEs to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning.

Ultimately, your role will be to build strong teams and a robust talent pipeline that enable AgroStar to scale sustainably hiring people who believe in our purpose, reflect our values, and help millions of farmers win every single day.

Qualification:

  • 710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to sales and leadership hiring.
  • Experience in Startups, e-commerce companies, agri-inputs, or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and close roles independently, while managing a team.
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholder expectations and influencing outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and a passion for creating impact through people.
  • High ownership, empathy, and alignment with AgroStar's mission of #HelpingFarmersWin.
