Job Description

  • Leading end-to-end TA for India (150 employees) and supporting global hiring initiatives.
  • Managing volume hiring (30-40 positions annually) for accessibility consultants, engineers, testers, and product roles.
  • Driving campus programs, market mapping, and building niche talent pools.
  • Optimizing TA processes using first-principles thinking and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Handling offer negotiations, shift allowances, and compensation structures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager TA should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within IT services, SaaS, product, services, or consulting environments.
  • Proven expertise in volume and niche technical hiring.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCHMRD, SIBM, IIMs, XIMB, XISS, etc., preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • First principle mindset.
  • Individuals with prior experience in hiring accessibility consultants will be prioritised
