Job Description

Preferred Background: Tier-1 colleges preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-ownership Program Management professional who can work across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product to drive seamless execution of supply chain and commercial initiatives. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and exposure to B2B sales operations/program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of client and business initiatives.

• Sales Operations & Backend Support

Support frontline sales teams with critical backend processes including NDAs, client contracts, commercial agreements, account creation, and Salesforce management.

• Sales Funnel Management & Reporting

Track and manage the end-to-end sales funnel for the North region. Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce and support reporting, analytics, and business reviews. Regularly update capability decks, metrics, and case studies.

• Client Engagement & Coordination

Coordinate client visits to fulfillment centers and support presentations showcasing company capabilities and solutions.

• Business Development & Cross-sell Support

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, assist in proposal creation, pitch decks, and solution frameworks, while supporting relationship management for existing and prospective clients.

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

Drive lead generation through market research, outreach, and industry intelligence to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

• Experience working closely with sales and business teams

• Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and CRM tools like Salesforce

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

• Candidates from Tier-1 institutes preferred
