This role is for a highly experienced Lead Supply Chain Planner with 7-9 years in the planning function, specifically within Engineer-To-Order (ETO) plants and solutions activities. You will be instrumental in managing manufacturing production scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
- For ETO plant & solutions activities, runs the Manufacturing production scheduling (short-term plan).
- Ensures the update of key parameters of supply and stock management.
- Plans, schedules, and prioritizes the resources to execute Customer Projects in production.
- Builds up all reports / advanced analytics models allowing Supply Chain Planning business understanding and performance.
- Responsible for designing, developing & analyzing Supply Chain Planning dashboards. Performs consistency checks, alert monitoring, and analytics analysis.
- Is responsible for needs / resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs and the replenishment backlog. Ensures product availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
- Drive Master Production Planning in Mfg. Site (Forecast workload, Capacity, Prod. Output & Give Input to Supplier Forecast).
- Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg. SC Performance.
- Anticipate Mfg. Supply risks in advance & quickly re-act in collaboration with Supply & Inventory Planner & Upstream Planning Leader.
- Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) for the manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with project management and front office (FO) on a weekly basis in order to align the manufacturing priorities & schedules.
- Leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time (LT) by animating transversal action plans.
- Ensuring the plant Master Data activity is up to date & sanity check of the same on a quarterly basis.
- Leads, develops & trains the planning team to deliver organizational results.
- Key user for the department for the information system.

Qualifications
- B.E. Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in a Supply Chain Management (SCM) function, specifically in planning.
- Good knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management)
