Role Overview
ITC is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Demand Planning professional with strong expertise in SAP IBP and supply chain optimization. The role will focus on driving demand planning accuracy, optimizing supply chain performance, and leading S&OP / IBP processes across complex, large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Own and drive demand forecasting and planning processes, ensuring high forecast accuracy.
- Work hands-on with SAP IBP modules (IBP for Demand, Supply, S&OP).
- Manage S&OP / IBP cycles, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Drive supply chain optimization initiatives to improve service levels, reduce inventory, and optimize costs.
- Perform scenario planning and what-if analysis using IBP and analytical tools.
- Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and leadership teams for decision-making and execution.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience in planning, forecasting, or operations.
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience (Demand / Supply / S&OP).
- 2+ years of Supply Chain Optimization experience (inventory, network, or demand-supply optimization).
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning & Forecasting.
- Experience managing S&OP / IBP processes.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- FMCG or large manufacturing industry experience
- Exposure to advanced planning tools and analytics
- Experience working in complex, multi-location supply chain environments
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Management.
