Senior Manager-Supply ChainJob Description Business: PPL Department: Supply Chain Management Location: Navi Mumbai Travel: Low Job Overview: We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team. The role will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules in alignment with global demand and available capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare annual, monthly, and daily production & sales plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders. - Monitor material requirements, ensure timely availability, and coordinate with Warehouse & QA teams. - Track production schedules, identify delays, and adjust plans to meet deadlines. - Drive OTIF dispatch performance through root cause analysis and improvement actions. - Optimize inventory levels using ABC-XYZ analysis and lean material flow tactics. - Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, and Warehouse for smooth operations and disposal of non-moving stock. - Ensure data integrity for material master (MOQ, Lot size, safety stock, procurement). - Lead monthly S&OP meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve issues and improve efficiency Essential Qualification MBA in Supply Chain and operations, B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical EngineeringFull time
