Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Supply Chain Analytics
.
Support the Lead Finance SME -Supply Chain by contributing to the development of reporting logic behind key integrated supply chain performance dashboards.
.Collaborate with SMEs across regions, plants, supply chain, and finance to extract and structure KPI definitions, performance logic, and calculation rules for high-impact reports (Plant Variances, Production Volumes and Absorption, Labor Efficiency, Inventory, Waste, CPU, )
.Help drive logic integration for a complex multi-ERP environment by providing operational context and logic support to data engineers and BI developers to ensure accurate and consistent translation of manufacturing performance drivers into reporting assets.Responsibilities
.Familiarity with working across multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Hana, ) from a business process or reporting logic perspective
.Understanding of adjacent systems that impact or interact in Integrated Supply Chain (Workday, Concur, IBP SCM, )
.Experience working on cross-functional transformation or reporting initiatives, particularly involving performance metric alignment
.Comfort working alongside data engineers and BI teams to support accurate implementation of operational logic
.Familiarity with regional or global manufacturing structures and the complexity of standardizing metrics across plants or geographiesQualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or a related field
.Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain performance metrics, including cost drivers, labor efficiency, productivity, and plant-level KPIs
.Ability to collaborate across supply chain, operations, and finance teams to clarify metric definitions and expectations
.Excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong business acumen
.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
oRelevant years of experience in plant operations, supply chain management, or manufacturing performance roles
oPrior roles that would shape a strong candidate include Manufacturing or Operations Analyst, Supply Chain Performance Manager or Costing Lead, ERP Functional SME for Manufacturing (Business-Side), Regional Plant Controller or Finance Business Partner (Ops)
oProven track record of working with business users to support the development or validation of performance KPIs
oDemonstrated ability to connect operations with reporting needs, ensuring KPI logic reflects business reality and drive operational improvement and decision-making
oAbility to synthesize SME input into actionable logic requirements and participate in iterative validation with technical teams
