Senior Manager Supplier Quality: Electric Motors

CLIENT: Our client offers best-in-class solutions to meet the motion needs of Global OEM customers in Medical devices,Aerospace,Defence, Auto component industries.

Key Drivers:

• Spearhead SQA and collaborate with line, manufacturing, and production teams to address and resolve supplier-related issues
• .Supplier selection & onboarding through SRR+ (On-site audits focusing on both quality systems and technical processes)
• .Maintain supplier records in accordance with documented requirements & track supplier performance
• Problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to avoid repeat failures.
• Lead & drive supplier development activities & supplier improvement programs. Implementation of lesson learns

• Ideal Incumbent:
• Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in Auto components Supplier Quality, in SQE roles, preferably within product organizations, auto-auto ancillary or OEM setup
• The ideal candidates should have hands-on exposure to supplier development, covering both indigenous and international suppliers, across a mix of commodities such as machined parts, stamped components, electronics, bearings, gears, sintered parts, and castings.
• Strong background in supplier audits, new supplier development, and process capability improvement aligned with global quality standardrereProblem solving exposure.

Exposure to surface treatment -Anodizing, Heat Treatment, Molding,Galvanising etc.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 18-20LPA
