Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Strategy Business Development based in Ahmedabad. The role involves formulating and executing strategic initiatives to grow the business, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies, oversee market research, and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, the role entails financial analysis, consulting on business plans, and ensuring successful implementation of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess market trends, business performance, and strategic opportunities
- Proficiency in Communication and Consulting, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in Management Consulting with strategic planning and implementation expertise
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Industry experience in design, marketing, or technology is an advantage
