Senior Manager - Strategy - APAC

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy to be a part of our Transformation Execution team to help drive key business transformation initiatives across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Director - Strategy – Transformation, this role will work closely with senior regional leaders to turn strategic priorities into clear, practical actions. The role will manage the transformation process from idea intake through to delivery and adoption, while also helping design the structures, processes, governance, and measures needed to make change stick.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the day-to-day transformation process, from intake and prioritisation through to delivery and embedded change.
• Review incoming transformation requests, clarify the business problem, and assess the potential impact before moving work forward.
• Work with senior leaders to shape transformation priorities into clear, actionable work plans.
• Design practical solutions across organisation structure, ways of working, processes, governance, and KPIs.
• Identify key dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions needed to keep transformation work moving.
• Support mobilisation of transformation initiatives by defining milestones, timelines, ownership, and delivery cadence.
• Track progress across transformation workstreams and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Prepare clear analysis, decision papers, presentations, and progress reports for senior leadership forums.
• Escalate stalled or high-risk work early, with clear recommendations on how to move forward.
• Capture proven practices and turn them into repeatable playbooks to support continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years experience in strategy, transformation, business improvement, or operating model design, ideally with at least 2 years in management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities may evolve quickly.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience preparing business cases, leadership presentations, reports, and planning documents.
