Senior Manager - Strategy and Special Projects

Job Description

The primary objective of the role is to work with the business leadership team and corporate stakeholders to deliver on high impact projects in line with the strategic priorities of the business

Reporting Structure

Role directly reports to Chief Manager, Strategy and Special Projects

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Technology/ Engineering and MBA from reputed institutes

Experience

Minimum 2 years of work experience in pharma/chemical strategy/CEO's office or management consulting and similar roles

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of management frameworks and project management
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and manage multiple work teams simultaneously
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Effective, versatile, action-oriented, self-motivated, innovative team player
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Impeccable managerial, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced expertise with MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of databases like IQVIA, Cortellis, etc will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own, ideate, plan, manage and deliver assigned cross functional projects for the business leadership team, across business verticals
  • Deliver multiple high stakes projects through collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across geographies
  • Manage and improve governance, organizational processes, communication and reporting to senior business leadership, corporate stakeholders and investors, inputs for shareholder communications, investor relations communications, monthly business snapshots, monthly commitments and governance through PPS ExCom meetings, monthly business reviews, PPS Senior Leadership Council meetings. Ensure that all key actionable and initiatives are getting documented, addressed and resolved
  • Provide analytical/research support and structure complex problems while working in a cross-functional environment amidst global teams
  • Synthesize data and broader stakeholder perspectives in a meaningful form for the business leadership to enable decision making
  • Support site-level initiatives, drive automation projects, strengthen CEO's office contributions for leadership teams
